PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM 

In order to promote the adoption of electric mobility and contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, the provincial government has established the Roulez Vert* financial assistance program. This program offers three types of subsidies to reduce the costs of acquiring and installing electric vehicle charging stations:

• Subsidy for charging stations for condominiums and multi-unit buildings:Financial assistance can cover up to 50% of eligible costs, for a maximum of $5,000 per charging station.

Number of units per building and maximum amount.

               

                   3 to 9      -        20 000$

              10 to 19      -        40 000$

      20 and more      -        49 000$

• Charging station subsidy for businesses and organizations: Financial assistance can cover up to 50% of eligible costs, for a maximum of $5,000 per charging station.

• Subsidy for charging stations for homes: Assistance can cover up to $600 for the purchase and installation of a charging station.
