REFUND

All orders that have not yet been processed or shipped are refundable. To request a refund, you must contact us by email at the following address:  info@marecharge.com. You can also contact us by phone from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the following number: 514-293-6748.

RETURN

Please note that there is a restocking fee of $150 (plus tax). The terminals must be in new condition in the original box. The delivery costs for the return must be borne by the customer and the product must be returned maximum 15 working days following the date of purchase. After this time, no return is accepted.

 

With regard to all other products, they must be returned maximum 15 working days after the date of purchase and the return costs must be borne by the customer.

GUARANTEE

The charging stations sold by maRecharge are guaranteed for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase of the product. As these are manufacturer's warranties and not the retailer's, maRecharge is not responsible for honoring these warranties.  to accompany them in the process of technical support and replacement of the product if necessary.


 

Please note that maRecharge is not responsible for the connection or disconnection of a charging station by an electrician in the event of a technical problem. In addition, maRecharge is not responsible for problems caused by a faulty electrical installation.
